    Unfortunate to just be seeing that education has special pricing. My institution just paid full price for my registration yesterday when registration was announced--there was no indication anywhere in the registration email, registration form, or FAQs that indicate educational institutions receive special pricing. That’s exceptionally poor user experience. Is there a way to retroactively apply the discount?

        [EDIT] Hi @jwright128422, sincere apologies for the miscommunication. Let's make sure your institution receives the correct pricing. For next steps, we're going to request a full refund on your tickets. Does your confirmation show that option?

        If not, I'll have someone reach out to the X4 team to cancel your registration and issue a full refund.

        After the refund has been issued, please re-purchase the desired number of tickets using either one of the EDU promo codes - "X4PUBSEC499" for the 2-day conference pass or "X4PUBSECBC" for the additional Basecamp Live training.         Thanks. I did get this resolved about an hour ago by replying to the registration confirmation email. The support team was very quick to reply and provide a refund. Just odd that this thread is the only place I have seen this special pricing mentioned.

            There is no discount on any other type of user or client, just government and educational institutions (non-profits included).
