I am looking to connect with other school districts who are syncing the student/parent/staff data from Infinite Campus to Qualtrics. We are new to Qualtrics but would love to have these 2 systems sync to help improve the distribution and data of our surveys.

+6Hello KerryB - We have a daily extract from Infinite campus running via a Visual Studio package scheduled as a SQL Server agent job. Then a batch file that is scheduled via Windows Task Scheduler, and finally an XM Directory automation that pulls the file into Qualtrics. So far, I have only done this with students but am hoping to set this up for parents in the next couple of months. My automation is strictly from IC to Qualtrics...I do not push any Qualtrics data back to IC. If you want to connect for more details on my process, please let me know! I had some great help from another school district so definitely willing to pay it forward!

Can you share a .csv that specifies the types of data you upload to Qualtrics?
That would be a great place for me to start my process of creating a nightly upload for the ASPIRE SIS, which is proprietary for our state.
