Features Released On Or Before August 13, 2025

 

Email

  • Email Limits: You can now track your email consumption with two new columns in the Account Usage page: "Total Allowed Outgoing Emails" and "Weekly Allowed Outgoing Emails."

Journeys

  • Journeys in Customer Experience Programs: Improvements to building CX journeys, including more flexible surveys & survey questions linking, and the ability to define more metrics and their target scores. Additionally, the Journey Chart Widget has been updated to support these enhancements and make it easier to visualize journey data.

Workflows

XM Solutions

  • Audience Management Updates: When customizing the panelist app, there is now a rich content editor for the survey description field, which includes the ability to add piped text to the description. If your brand has a vanity URL enabled, you can now use this for the panelist app.

CX

  • Customer Care App: The Customer Care app is a centralized workspace where frontline staff (like contact center managers and customer care agents) can measure and improve team performance by calculating key team metrics, tracking tickets, and providing feedback to employees.

Workflows

  • Workflow Execution Limits: There will be a limit of 300,000 workflow executions per organization per day. When you exceed this limit, workflows will be blocked. These workflow limits are scheduled to start September 6, 2025.

Reputation Management

  • Social Listening: Social listening is the practice of tracking and analyzing what people are saying online about your organization. Workflows can now pull data Facebook and Instagram into Qualtrics for analysis and dashboard creation.
