Interaction Usage Report: If your license contains multiple suits or products, the Admin Interaction Usage report now contains separate reports that display interaction consumption for the different products. The interface for the interaction usage report has also been refreshed.
Dashboards

Managing Translation Memory in Dashboards: From the dashboard translations settings, you can update the translation memory and/or retrieve the translation memory file for use in your dashboard.
Survey Platform

Translation Memory: The translation memory allows you to store translations that can be quickly downloaded into projects and dashboards across your brand. Translations from the translation memory can be used in Translate Survey and Translating Dashboard Labels.

Automations Deprecation: As of December 3, 2025, people import automations will be deprecated. The same functionality can now be achieved in workflows. Any automations that were not migrated to workflows, either manually or automatically by Qualtrics, will have to be re-created.
XM Directory

Import Participants & Build Org Hierarchy with Guidance: A new guided flow is available for Engagement projects that walks you through creating and uploading a participant file. When using the guided flow, you can also choose if you’d like to build an org hierarchy.

Contact List Triggers Deprecation: Legacy contact list triggers will be completely removed from the platform December 10. Instead, see our guide to contact list workflows, a similar feature with major improvements over triggers.
