- Secondary Axis in Horizontal Bar Charts: You can now add a secondary axis to horizontal bar chart widgets. This axis can be displayed as a bar or a bubble.

- Overview Tab for Engagement Projects: A new “Overview” tab has been added to Engagement projects, which walks you through the major steps of running an end-to-end Engagement program. This tab is available for all new and existing Engagement projects.
Insights
- Editing Filters within Existing Insights: You can now edit the filters of existing insights. This allows you to make quick edits without having to create a new insight.
Surveys
- Qualitative Panels: You can now use Qualtrics’ online panels tool to recruit high engagement participants for in-depth feedback.
XM Solutions
- Annual K-12 Family Engagement: This new solution helps K-12 education leaders to understand the overall perceptions of families regarding their children’s schools and the district as a whole. This solution includes a pre-built annual survey and dashboard.
- Annual 6-12 Student Experience Solution: This new solution helps education leaders understand the school experiences of students in grades 6-12. This solution includes pre-built surveys and a dashboard.

Patient Experience
- Patient Experience Hub: The Patient Experience Hub is a purpose-built app designed to help healthcare organizations create and manage rounding programs. By identifying improvement opportunities for each unit in your organization, the Patient Experience Hub helps you take action on your findings and track your organization’s performance. This feature includes a new Rounding widget that displays the active rounding queue and enables you to log rounds, create tickets, and recognize employees directly from the widget.

Patient Experience
- Experience Transparency: Experience Transparency projects are used to moderate and manage customer reviews for your business. A project administrator can evaluate newly collected reviews, approve or reject them, edit them if needed, and publish positive reviews directly to your website. You can also set up an appeal process, allowing named subjects to appeal reviews before they’re published.
