Using a diverse set of inputs including your unstructured customer data, topic use case, persona, industry, and additional context information, you can leverage AI to build a topic hierarchy, enabling you to identify the themes most important for your business use case.
- Smart Audit: Smart audit uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to better understand the precision of your Discover topic model. You can run a smart audit on topics to determine the precision score and identify the sentences that are reducing your precision to help with model improvement.
XM Platform

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Requirements: All users will be required to use 2FA to log into the Qualtrics platform. See link for info on extensions. A new timeline for this requirement will be announced in future release notes

User Permissions: By adjusting “View XM Platform,” you’ll be able to control users’ access to the larger Qualtrics software, potentially disabling this access for users who are supposed to only access apps like Manager Assist or Research Hub.
