- Updated SMS Credits: The Qualtrics pricing model for SMS credits has changed to a model that pulls all costs directly from the SMS provider. This includes carrier fees and additional costs associated with a number, such as number maintenance, incoming calls, etc. Calculated costs will be automatically deducted from your message credits limit. See the linked support page table for updated costs for each country.

- Adding a Dashboard (EX): The navigation experience within your project’s “Dashboards” tab has been improved when the project does not contain any dashboards.
