Employee Led 360 Projects: A new type of 360 project that allows for more individual flexibility. Employees can opt-in to receiving 360 feedback, choose who’d they’d like to receive feedback from, and decide when they’d like to receive feedback based on their individual development goals.
- Engagement Headlines Widget: The algorithm used to calculate strengths and opportunities has been improved. This update only applies to engagement headlines widgets in newly created dashboards; widgets in existing dashboards have not been updated.

Employee Journey Analytics and CrossXM Analytics: The backend data infrastructure for Employee Journey Analytics and CrossXM Analytics projects has been updated to the new data modeler. Only newly created projects can use the new data modeler. Existing projects will be placed in an “Archived” state and will have limited functionality.

Interaction Report: A new report for Brand Administrators that shows the interaction consumption for your Qualtrics license. This detailed view of your data consumption allows for greater transparency into your license usage. Interactions can be survey responses, online reviews, video screen captures, and more. Please note that this report is currently only available for single product or single suite CX and Strategy & Research licenses on the new simplified pricing and packaging plans.
