Features Released On Or Before October 8, 2025

 

Digital Experience Analytics

  • Page Tags (DXA): Page tags are a collection of individual URLs on your website that fall into 1 page type, such as the individual pages that make up a checkout experience. This feature replaced “page groups,” offering the same base functionality with notable improvements, including the ability to create heatmaps and funnels based on page tags.

Workflows

  • AI-Generated Workflows: You can now use AI to jumpstart your Qualtrics workflows by generating a workflow skeleton based on describing your use case.

Website / App Insights

  • Survey Responses within Session Replays: You can now see survey responses within the Sessions tab in Digital Assist. These responses will also show up in the timeline when viewing an individual replay.

XM App

  • Deprecation of Legacy Dashboards in Mobile App: All legacy dashboards views in the Qualtrics XM app will be automatically updated to the current dashboards view. There will be no option to switch back. This change applies to CX, EX, and BX dashboards in the mobile app.

XM Directory

  • Similar Fields in XM Directory Import: When you import a contact file into XM Directory, Qualtrics will flag any fields in your import that are similar to existing embedded data fields in the directory.

Customer Experience

  • Bain Outer Loop Actions: This project type helps organizations identify and systematically resolve elevated issues. In addition to tracking elevated issues and themes, this project comes with a pre-built dashboard to track resolution progress.

  • Survey Experience Agent: Survey Experience Agents are customer-facing autonomous AI agents that can be added to existing surveys. They can instantly detect and help resolve customer issues, questions, or dissatisfaction within a survey. This feature is set up with Qualtrics implementations.   • Tickets Experience Agent: Tickets Experience Agents are customer-facing autonomous AI agents that can help front-line agents with ticket resolution. They can increase efficiency and perform actions on behalf of front-line agents. This feature is set up with Qualtrics implementations.
