Adding all questions to report

Hey, you can try using the “Include Response Report” option in the Email task.

If needed a report over email: You can use response report in the workflow email task.

If needed a report post response is submitted: You can include end of survey element in the survey flow and customize it to include response summary.

You can use default report instead of creating manual report. 

What do I do if I don’t have an option to include the response report in the email? From what I can tell, there is no function to actually add the report to the email.

How do you use a default report? When I pull up the default report there are no questions on it.

Same problem here.  There is no way to add all questions to report...It won’t let me shift>select all, control>select all.  At a loss.  I have a large survey with many questions.  It will take me forever to add each question separately.
