I am creating an online survey, but it won’t be published on social media/advertised online (the link will just be emailed out). How can I include the name of the survey (‘Display Name’) and ‘Survey Description’ when doing it this way? When you click on the link it jumps straight to the survey - users won’t get a chance to know what it’s about. Thanks.

Hi
You can simply add the Name and Description in the email (if you are sending invites via email) so that respondent can decide if they want to proceed or not.
OR
You can create a “Text/Graphic” question type to add Intro and other information and can ask user if they want to proceed or not. You can add logic to terminate if the user doesn’t want to proceed.
Hope this helps :)
Please try this if it helps:
Thank you, I fixed this by adding a Text/Graphic ‘question’ (which isn’t a question) at the very start of the survey so it is the first thing that is seen. Many thanks for your help!
