Happy Friday, Community! This week brought bulk import solutions, respondent copy workflows, dashboard data mapping challenges, and some long-overdue answers on posts from years past.

Congratulations to

Import 250 Messages with Randomizer — A member asked how to present many items (250 messages) while showing each respondent a random subset. See the approach.
Advanced Format TXT/QSF Import Docs — Longstanding frustration about limited Qualtrics documentation and "Data validation error" messages when using Advanced Format imports. Jump in and share your solutions.

Preview Access Blocked — Coworkers unable to access survey Preview due to account visibility settings. Enable user accounts or set Preview visibility to Public. Quick fix here.
Redirect URLs with emea.focusvision.com — Troubleshooting redirect issues; empty query field (aID) may be the culprit. Check your setup.
Translated Survey Content Not Showing — UI translates but survey content doesn't. Confirm translations are published, present on the Translations page, and that the language dropdown in Preview is being used. See troubleshooting steps.
Multiple-Choice Options Rendering Inconsistently — Options cutting off in full screen. CSS attempted; community suggested JS/jQuery solutions work better. Share your fix.

Give Respondents a Copy of Their Responses — Native options: Redirect to a Single Response Report at End of Survey or use Actions/Workflows to email a Response Report. Trade-offs: immediate download vs. later email. Make it optional by asking respondents if they want a copy first. See the full options.
Include Correct Answers with Emailed Responses — Training use case: pipe question text and correct-answer fields into the workflow email task. See how.

Dashboard Embedded Data Returning N/A — Correct answer fields showing N/A on dashboards. Troubleshoot: verify survey-flow embedded-data setup, check exact field names (case-sensitive!), and validate data appears in responses before mapping. Debug your mapping.
4-4-5 Fiscal Calendar Reporting — Qualtrics lacks native 4-4-5 breakout. Create custom period fields (uploaded with responses) and use text/topic mapping or maintain separate metrics with filters per period. Requires manual maintenance as periods roll. See the workaround.
