I'm leaving my job - can I still access my Community account?
The short answer: It depends on your setup!
If you're currently part of your organization's Qualtrics brand, you're likely occupying a seat within their license (and those seats are limited). When you leave, you'll probably need to either:
- Purchase your own Qualtrics license
- Ask your new employer if they have a Qualtrics license for you to join, or
- Switch to a free Qualtrics account
- You will need to update your Community email in all three scenarios. Reach out to a Community admin and we will gladly assist!
What if I'm just switching departments within the same company?
Smart move checking first! Here's what to do:
- Contact your brand administrator to see if your new team is part of the Qualtrics brand
- If yes - you're golden! No need to update your email address
- If no - you might need to transition to a free Qualtrics account and update your email. Contact a Community admin to assist.
What happens to my Rank & Rewards points and Community Level when I change emails?
We've got different scenarios for you:
- Switching emails within the same organization? Your points will remain - no changes needed!
- Switching emails AND organizations? We can manually transfer your hard-earned points as a courtesy. We appreciate your dedication to the Experience Community!
Will I still have access to my old Community posts, questions, and replies?
You'll only have access to your previous content if you stay within the same organization AND keep the same email address.
