David Horan is the Senior Manager of Quality Intelligence at LinkedIn, where he brings over 12 years’ experience in the tech industry to drive product excellence and enhance user experience. He has held roles at organizations such as Google and MLI International Schools. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong skill set in leadership, project management, marketing, analytics, operations, and customer experience.
 

David has a passion for continuous learning which has led to him hold a Bachelors degree, Post Graduate diploma as well as a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems Strategy from Dublin City University. At LinkedIn, he combines his extensive expertise and educational background to help shape the platform that connects professionals around the world.

David’s points about increasing the scale (as a percentage of transcripts that were evaluated) and the consistency in scoring feedback were good ones in articulating the value of these programs. Also, I chuckled to myself after David gave the sage advice of putting feedback forms everywhere, instead of just places where things can go wrong.
