Hands-on Learning

...is what does it for me. People tend to respond to complex data and information by (no surprise here) experiencing it, which is why a hands-on component to insight generation is so important.

Acts of Service 🛠️ – this is definitely my love language! I’m happy to support community members by helping solve problems, discussing solutions, and designing workflows. It feels like giving back to a community that’s been part of 80% of my career through Qualtrics implementations.

A recent example: I helped a member troubleshoot a complex survey-to-action workflow, providing step-by-step instructions and following up to ensure the solution worked smoothly. Seeing the relief and appreciation from the member reminded me why I love sharing knowledge here.

I like helping people when they’re stuck with logic, quotas, or embedded data. It’s always nice to break things down step by step and see someone go from I’m confused to Oh, that solved it!.

It is tough to pick just one. ‘Words of Affirmation’ resonates very well in my role and I love to see people grow and develop. Being new to QualtricsXM and engaging in training with many of our team this month, I will have a lot of opportunities to use this gift.  

UPDATE: The engagement from our users has been one of excitement and enthusiasm. They love the dashboard views and being able to get live insights.
