Hello!
I am the Director of Claims Experience at Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.  I’ve been with Farm Bureau for 11 years, but only in the claims world for just 1 ½ years.  We have recently expanded into Washington and have some exciting initiatives in the works. I look forward to learning more about all the great things that Qualtrics can do to break down the data we’re gathering.

Hello!

I know this post originally is very old but I am new to the community and thought it was still worthwhile to post! Hi everyone, great to be here.

I’m Liv, an Employee Communications and Experience Specialist based in NSW Australia, working in the employee experience, communications and change space. I’ve spent most of my career helping employees make sense of change through clear, people‑centred communication, and I’m now expanding my focus more deeply into employee experience.

I’m relatively new to using Qualtrics, which has recently been moved into my role following a team change. I’m really interested in learning how others are using data to inform meaningful action, not just reporting.

What excites me most about experience management is the opportunity to connect the dots between insight, communication and change; and to use data to genuinely improve how people experience work. I’m keen to learn more about EX measurement, turning insights into stories leaders can act on, and best practice approaches to closing the loop.

As for the bonus fun question: I’m definitely team coffee, though I’d choose a cold glass of Pepsi Max over a hot coffee most days.

Hello everyone! I am the HR Assistant/Coordinator for the Talent Development team at 1st Source Bank, located in Northern Indiana. We use Qualtrics for our employees to help with feedback on our training courses along with professional development. I am fairly new to Qualtrics and my big hurtle lately has been learning the 360 platform. I have been looking for different ways to learn more about everything it has to offer and how to use the different things within the platform. I look forward to being able to learn from everyone!

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Rimah, currently working in Customer Experience Design (CXD). My background is still growing in this field, but I’ve been building my skills through hands-on work and learning more about how to design better customer journeys and improve overall experiences.

My journey with Qualtrics:  
I’m using Qualtrics mainly to understand customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights. I’m still in the early stages, so a big part of my journey is learning how to use the platform more effectively—especially in designing surveys, analyzing data, and connecting insights to real CX improvements.

What excites me:  
I’m really interested in customer journey mapping, understanding customer behavior, and how data can drive better decisions. I’m curious to learn more about advanced analytics, experience design strategies, and how to create more meaningful, personalized customer experiences.
