4-4-5 Fiscal Calendar Dashboard

Hello,

We are in the process of launching a retail client that utilizes a 4-4-5 fiscal calendar.  They want to use that for reporting, when looking at scores for this period vs. last period.  Or any trends over time.  Is there a way to add that data into the dashboard to report out using the clients fiscal calendar?

    Hey,

     

    Qualtrics Dashboards does not have an out of the box functionality to customize beyond the default data breakouts (i.e., year, 6 months, quarter, month, etc.). I tried several customizations for your requirement but there doesn’t seem to be a fully one-time configuration that could work here.

    What I suggest is you create separate metrics for each data breakout period. For example, if you are using a line/vertical bar chart and want to display CSAT/NPS trend, add three metrics for CSAT and add a metric level filter for the appropriate data range. Once every 4/5 months, you will have to add a new metric for the new fiscal quarter.
