Count - Open text format

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hello, which widget would you recommend to count open text format data?

I tried with a regular “number chart” widget but seems not possibile.

Thanks in advance,

Gabriele

create a number chart widget and apply an ‘advanced filter’ to it.

select the required open end question and enter the key word that you want.
this is what you’ll get.

END!

Hi @GabrieleBB

Number chart with count metric is fine, just add an advanced filter on your open text question = is not empty.

Thanks for your replies. Actually I’m trying to count the total number of keywords in a single widget, as a KPI. This is what I get, by using Vincent’s option

hi @GabrieleBB try using word cloud widget to display the count of key words mentioned in the open end question.

when you hover over any word, it will show you the total mentions for that word.

This is what I’d like to get in Qualtrics:
