I would like to create a report that would capture change over time (i.e., difference between two assessments). How do I go about doing this?

You will want to include more than one data source into the report. One data source will be your current assessment, and the second will be an assessment taken at a different time. The change over time will be best displayed if questions are duplicated across assessments.

To add a data source, click on the drop down menu of an existing data source in Edit Subject Reports. Choose "Add a new data source" and choose the other form as a new data source. Your current report can pull data from any number of forms.
