I need help deleting my account. I have tried deactivating it through my account settings however it keeps showing an error message saying that I need to contact Qualtrics Customer Support. I have tried logging into the Support Center but it’s not giving me any option to contact Support directly. Does anyone know a phone number or email I can use to contact them? I live in the UK so the number has to be +44.Any form of help would be highly appreciated!Thankyou!

Hey All, Is anyone else dealing with this horrendous product support from Qualtrics?  I’ve tried working with their Product Support team for 3 weeks now to solve a bug I’m experiencing with their piped text weighted scoring feature when sending an automated email to survey respondents via “workflows”.  When trying to provide survey respondents with scores from their survey, I’m getting two responses, neither of which are usable:(Invalid Expression}, 2) 4.234323423495885585885 I’ve spoken to 5 to 6 product specialists over the last 3 weeks to figure out how we can reduce the number two decimal points (i.e. 4.23) and solve for the first issue.Previous suggestion:For example, you would first have an embedded data field called TeamScore and would set it equal to ${gr://SC_ebyJ379SvKjGQUm/WeightedMean}And then you would create another embedded data field called TeamScoreRounded and set it

I manage our employee enagagement and lifecycle surveys at our organization. I have a  success package that allows me to take the CustomerXM program for free. I already have Platform Essentials, XM fundamentals and EmployeeXM Expert certifications. Is there anything in CustomerXM Expert that I could apply to our current employee engagement programs or would I just be wasting my time? Any information is appreciated.

Hey Everyone, I’ve recently experimented with using AI to analyze my Qualtrics data and built a small widget that allows you to chat with your Qualtrics data. It works fairly well on large surveys and can do some advanced calculations! Hi everyone,What is the best practice for integrating Qualtrics with another platform like Salesforce?  Should I create fields in Salesforce for each question and transfer all of the responses from Qualtrics to Salesforce for analysis?  Or should I just transfer the fact that a Salesforce Contact responded to a certain survey?   Thanks,Peter

When I want to download the entire Dashboard of the PROMOS product, for example, I first go to the GPM RETAIL Dashboard->Detail Page-Yape promos, the information is downloaded in an Excel, but when I go to search for the survey question in the breakdown of this product and place filters gives me very few answers. On the other hand, if I download the answers from “DATA AND ANALYSIS” directly from the YAPE-NPS-OTROS project, filtering by the “YAPE PROMOS” journey, we can see in the excel that the same question Q26 of the breakdown appears with 539 answers vs. 11 responses to what was mentioned above. We want to know why one base differs from the other, aren't they supposed to be fed from the same source and therefore have the same fields in every sense?} Does anyone know why there are these differences?

Hi. I’m trying to create an invitation letter where I could add different phone number depending on the country. In most countries, we could use the default number but there would be some with different numbers. I thought it would be simple and therefore planned on using the branching like:PhoneNumber = xxxxxxxIf Country=Ireland PhoneNumber = yyyyyyHowever, I cannot get the PhoneNumber embedded in the letter even if I add this  ${e://Field/PhoneNumber}. In the email, it is empty.Is there something I missed? Or is this just not possible to add in the invite like this?Thank you for any good ideas!

Hi there! I'm creating a survey and on the first page, I ask participants what language they want to take the survey in, English or Spanish (as a regular question, not through the translation dropdown box). I want the rest of the survey to be shown in the language they select. How do I do this? Please note that I have some complicated conditions going on in this survey:-I have a lot of block randomizations going on, so I don't want to have to branch and create new blocks in Spanish-I want to keep responses given in English or Spanish in the same variable in the dataset, so I want to use the translation function, but the dropdown box that comes with that function does NOT work for me. I need the dropdown box to disappear and the language of the rest of the survey to match whatever participants select in the first question. I have tried some of the JavaScript suggested in
