Topic: Displaying Messages Based on Scoring

Whether you’re supplying personalized resources based on the respondent’s answers or building a quiz and providing feedback on grades, there are numerous reasons to display messages based on scoring.

Since there can only be one end of survey message for each respondent it is crucial to add all of the information in one message while still keeping it brief to increase the likelihood of it being fully read. Embedded data, display logic, and Text/Graphic questions can be used together to display multiple messages, however, this increases the possibility of the respondents forgetting to Submit the survey, so recording incomplete survey responses is imperative to collect all of the data.

Increase your personalization efforts by displaying customized messages to your respondents today!

How to add Scoring to your Survey Flow:

  1. Go to your Survey Project.
  2. Go to your Survey Flow.
  3. Add a new Embedded Data Variable.
  4. Click Set a value now.
  5. Click the dropdown and highlight Insert Piped Text.
  6. Click Score.
  7. Click Apply.

Question of the Day:  When you use scoring on your survey projects, do you typically display the score at the end of each survey? Do you always display the same message to each respondent?
