Why is my Qualtrics workflow not following the order I gave it? | XM Community

I created the following workflow:

 

However the workflow is being activated in the following order:

 

 

Any idea of why this may be happening and any tips to correct it?

according to the support documentation, tasks in a workflow do currently not run in any specific order. They kind of run in parallel. Qualtrics tries to figure out, whether tasks have to run in a specific order.

In this discussion, the proposed workaround is to work with conditons in between:

Not sure whether this helps in your case.
