Brand Administration

  • SMS/WhatsApp Domain Management: You can now shorten, select, and manage survey links for SMS and WhatsApp distributions in the organization settings.

CX Dashboards

  • Benchmark Editor (CX)The Patient Experience benchmark for CX dashboards has been refreshed with data for Q1 2024.

  • Dashboard NotificationsBecause much of the same functionality is available in Workflows, dashboard notifications located in the dashboard settings are being deprecated. Learn more about what’s being affected, when, and how to create new notifications going forward.

Distributions

  • Custom From Domain Updates: DMARC compliance is now verified by Qualtrics when adding a new Custom FROM domain. The distribution outbox will also display a specific error message for any distributions that fail due to invalid domain configuration.

Look & Feel

  • Simple Layout: Drill down questions, external CSS support, and password protection are now compatible with the simple layout.

Ticketing

  • Scheduling Settings in Ticket Workflows: Customize which days count towards your ticket workflows. This is helpful if you only want to count business days or if you want to exclude public holidays.

  • Account Settings Update: The Account Settings tab has been redesigned to improve accessibility. To access account usage, view Qualtrics IDs, and grant login access to support, you will need to revert to the legacy Account Settings tab. You will be able to revert to the legacy tab until all legacy settings have been redesigned.

  • CSAT Feedback in the Customer Success Hub: You can now leave feedback on your closed support tickets right inside the Customer Success Hub.

  • Supplemental Data Sources (SDS): Create a dataset you can reference in autocomplete questions and use to customize survey flows.

  • Tree Testing: A new question type has been added for certain licenses that allow you to measure the efficacy of your website’s information architecture.

360

  • Display Logic for 360 Report Visualizations: A new type of display logic based on “rankable items” has been added for visualizations in 360 reports. You can now display or hide a widget based on how a subject’s score ranks for a category or question.

CX Dashboards

  • Transactional Data in Dashboards: You can now get transactional data into the same dashboard as your customer survey data, allowing you to combine qualitative and quantitative data into a more insightful analysis.

  • Using Segment Data in Dashboards: The way you add segment data to dashboards has been significantly improved. Now you can create both mapper and model datasets with segment membership information, and combine it with the rest of your directory contact data as desired.
