Hello!

I have a question on the Qualtrics store. When I created my profile on the store it asked me for my XM Community username, it is “Juan Zapata” but the store page didnt allow me to have any spaces on the username so I ended up setting it as “JuanZapata”. Will it be a problem when the points are going to travel to the merch store?

Hello @Juan Zapata, no because it is connected via your community email. As a note, your merch store will begin populating with points on Friday since they refresh once a week. If there’s any issue then, feel free to send me a dm!

Hi @AlonsoC ,

I am interested in using my well earned points to buy the projector that is on the merch store.  https://xmcommunitymerch.mybrightsites.com/products/1468430

However, after a bit of research, the image doesn’t match the model number if you look here: https://naxa.com/supportcenter/spareparts/searchcat/?id=5796

The image you provide in the merch store seems to be for the 2001C and not the 3001C.

From the spec it’s hard to tell but perhaps the power consumption being 50W (which if you read the manual for the 3001C says it’s uses 133W.  However, the lumens you state is 9000 which is the same as the 3001C but the ANSI number is lower.  So in conclusion, I am not really sure what model you are actually offering.  Please can you do some checks?  It would be great to know you are offering the 3001C as that looks a better spec.  Perhaps ask for a stock check and a pic of the stock so we can then be 100% sure which it is?

Before I purchase it would be great to know if spare LED bulbs are available and so please could reach out to the supplier to find out a few more details and the model / code needed.

Thanks

Hi @Rod_Pestell,

Thanks for your patience. Here’s the info I got from our vendor:

“We’ve now confirmed with our warehouse team that the projector currently offered on our merch store is the Naxa model 2001C, and we can also confirm that the product listing on the website has been corrected to accurately reflect this. The model number, specifications, and imagery have all been updated so they now fully align with the 2001C.

You were absolutely right in noting that the previously listed power consumption (50W) aligns with the 2001C rather than the 3001C, which uses significantly more power (approximately 133W).

In relation to spare LED bulbs, the Naxa 2001C uses an integrated LED light source rated for up to about 20,000 hours of use, and unlike traditional lamp-based projectors, it does not have a separate user-replaceable bulb in the manual or parts listing. We have checked the official documentation and there is no part number for a replacement LED light engine. If long-term LED replacement or service options become available from the manufacturer, we will provide that information.”

Thanks @Rod_Pestell and @AlonsoC for this. I have long been looking for details on projector!
regards,
Rochak
