Adding an additional lookup field in Data and Analysis for reporting

We have a new Sub Division tag for our customers that we also want to use in Qualtrics which is at account number level (account number is held in Qualtrics). What is the best way for me to get the sub division into Qualtrics against the historic records and also to be attached to new records. The records are uploaded via Salesforce workflow integration but Salesforce doesn’t hold this “sub division” so the lookup would be against another data set at account number level once uploaded into Qualtrics via the workflow.

I assume this would be done in the data and analysis element of the campaign but it would also need to be a field visible in the Dashboards for filtering etc.

@Qualtrics_Newbie_789 you will have to update the ‘sub division’ tag for every response manually. Please check this out manual response update.

Ok wasn’t expecting that answer and it isn’t really viable given the thousands of records we have. I thought we may be able to look up against this survey data given both sets hold the same accountID so would be like a simple vlookup in excel.
