Referral website URL and end-of-survey redirect

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

I have created a survey that is designed to allow the user to send attendance update for their classes. For security purposes, we updated it once it went live for the term so that the referral URL requires the survey to be accessed from our password protected faculty/staff portal.

I had initially ended the survey with the option to begin the survey again in case the faculty needed to submit updates for multiple class sessions, which I did by using a custom end of survey if they selected “Yes, I have another update” on the final survey question. That end of survey was a redirect link back to the first page of the survey, carrying over some embedded data elements to pipe in so faculty would not need to re-enter the same information twice. Adding the referral URL seems to have broken this.

Does Qualtrics have a way to allow multiple referral URLS, or is there a cleaner way within the survey flow to accomplish this same goal? Thanks for any input you may have.

I apologize if I was not clear with my initial question. The issue I am experiencing is that since the end of survey redirect URL is the Qualtrics survey URL, it is no longer matching the referral URL (www.universitysite.edu for example is the referral URL, the redirect would be qualtrics.com/surveyIDetc, which doesn’t pass the referral URL security check).

You  an try storing the reference url to embedded field and try piping same to redirect link.
