Hi I have a question for the side by side question - 

Is it possible to have one column of responses mutually exclusive, where if that column is selected, no other data can be entered in other rows?

 

In the example, I would like to make the rightmost column (Not Applicable) mutually exclusive, where if Not Applicable selected in one row, then the free text entry rows do not apply and no values are collected. Is there a validation check?

I think currently, Qualtrics does not support the option to make a choice mutually exclusive within a Side by Side question directly. You can try some code and do let me know if you get it.
