Stats IQ/Crosstabs is a separate environment that requires to import the data from Qualtrics survey. This is done automatically for the first time you open Stats IQ/Crosstabs. The most issues comes with some error in synchronizing or importing the data.
Here are some common asked questions that come together with this issue:
- No data to analyze in Crosstabs/StatsiQ
- Data counts in Crosstabs/StatsiQ and Data & Analysis not matching
- An error occurred, preventing us from loading your data.
There is an easy fix to most of those issues and its called “reindexing the survey”. Making a small insignificant change in you data will force the platform to synchronize the data again.
- Add additional embedded data:
Go to the survey flow of your survey. At any place, add additional embedded data.
Hit “Apply”.
Please note: Adding additional embedded data will not influence the data you collected. Feel free to remove that embedded data later.
- Go to the Data&Analysis tab. Note that there will be new information at the top of the page:
Wait for the process to be completed. You can refresh the page.
Please note: The more responses you have, the longer this process will take.
- Now enter the Stats IQ/Crosstabs tab.
On the right side under the “Settings” you will need to Import Latest Data.
Wait for process to be completed. Check if the data match now.
If the data are still not matching or loading longer than 60 minutes, please contact Qualtrics support.
FAQ
I can't save changes to my MaxDiff/Conjoint project
The reason you are not able to save the changes you made to your Conjoint survey is because you are using a sample project. Sample projects allow you to discover and test-drive Qualtrics features, functionality, and analysis capabilities without needing to build your own surveys. More information about this here. In order to obtain access to Conjoint/MaxDifft projects, you will have to upgrade your account
I want to collaborate on MaxDiff/Conjoint projects
You can only collaborate on MaxDiff projects with users inside your organization. It is currently not possible to collaborate on such projects with someone outside of your organization.More Information about this can be found on this support page.
I want to transfer survey Ownership of MaxDiff/Conjoint projects
Transferring a MaxDiff/Conjoint project is currently not possible.
Can I restore MaxDiff/Conjoint projects?
Yes, please contact Qualtrics support team with details of the project.
Can I add additional features to a MaxDiff/Conjoint?
If you want to adjust the formatting, have several different Conjoint Blocks, insert display logic based on answers to the MaxDiff/Conjoint Block etc. - none of it is possible. You can have 1 Conjoint/MaxDiff block and you can only make the edits that are directly available in the block. Other than that, the block is locked; you only decide where you want to put it in the survey.
I get a message: “Calculation is not supported" in Crosstabs.
This message usually occurs when you try to crosstabulate 2 multi-select multiple choice questions. This feature is currently not supported.
How the calculation exactly works?
Please check the support page corresponding to the calculation you are trying to run. As example:
What is the minimum number of responses / response limits for Conjoint & MaxDiff Projects?
Qualtrics will calculate a number based on the amount of features you have selected, which serves as a minimum number of responses that should be collected in order to make the analysis statistically significant. You can collect more than the recommended responses. Limit is 10K responses for Conjoints & MaxDiffs
Can I create a template or copy a Stats IQ/Crosstabs project for future use?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to create templates to apply to different surveys. It is currently only possible to export Crosstabs you create, but there are no options for importing or templates.
