Each of the six lunches can hold 25 people only. When one fills up I want folks to see a message indicating that session is filled and to select another one. Can someone help with this?
When all filled, everyone will see a "sorry we're full" message (I know how to do that part).

This is a pretty straight forward use of Quota function in Qualtrics. I can't explain exactly how to set this up without seeing your survey, but basically you need to set a quota of 25 for each selection, then use display logic to display/hide that option or a message depending on if the quota has or has not been met.
