Response counts don't match between data & Vocalize

There aren't any filters on my widget or my page, but there is still a discrepancy between the response counts showing in my widget and in my Data & Analysis tab of my survey. Did I do something wrong?

Could also be that not every respondent answered every question in the survey or recent responses sometimes take a little time to update on the widget.

Only thing I can think of is something isn't mapped correctly (or set correctly) on your dashboard settings. I would start there first.

@Dax The Vocalize dashboard only displays completed surveys whereas the Data & Analysis tab in the Research Suite show pending surveys not yet submitted. Also, @AlexB is correct that there is a little bit of lag on Vocalize, so a simple page refresh should help bring Vocalize counts up to date if responses are rolling in.

@AlexB - you were right. It looks like not everyone answered the question that this widget was pulling from so that # was lower that what we saw in Data & Analysis. Thanks!
