Hi Shashi,
Thanks for the response. I know what the filter does. I don't know why some of my contacts have -1 in the phone field. No-one in my team has entered this value, so how did it get there?

What is entered if there is no phone number? This could be a way to send emails to anybody whose number is not in the system.

We don't keep our customer phone numbers in Qualtrics, those contact details live in our CRM system. We have the customers name and email and some firmographics as embedded data.

@Insights, what I was trying to say is that the -1 could be used an indicator for missing data. Your filter indicates that you have a phone field, possibly in a text entry form question.
