This month, we're celebrating the people, moments, and resources that make our Qualtrics Experience Community truly special.

This month, we want to hear about YOUR moment of gratitude:

Share with us about someone or something in the Qualtrics world that made a difference for you. This could be:

  • A community member whose expertise or kindness left an impact
  • A Qualtrics team member who went above and beyond to help you succeed
  • A post, guide, or resource that was a game-changer for your project
  • A conversation or interaction that shifted your perspective or solved a challenge
  • A "small" moment that actually meant a lot

Whether it was a technical solution that saved the day or a creative idea that inspired innovation, no act of helpfulness is too big or small to celebrate.

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who join our team and contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between November 1 and November 30, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

I think it was about a year after my first training workshop and randomly at another event a member of the campus community approached me.  She described all of the surveys she was able to create for her department after attending and thanked me.

Such a small, unexpected moment but neat to see the impact and grateful for the feedback.

Also, a special shout-out to the Dream Team at X4 events.  The excitement and special care that goes into making the conference memorable certainly is a nice touch!

I wasn’t able to attend X4 last year, but the year before our group was able to spend time with the K-12 groups and I so appreciated the separate connections that were held for our teams to talk about common work.  Cody was so helpful in connecting us to other teams.

In general, the community as a whole is always super impressive with people’s willingness to help out, it has never failed me!

For me it was the simple 5 year old explanation of XM directories and embedded vs transactional data delivered to me by my Qualtrics support consultant. This was then further reinforced when I attended an in-person Qualtrics workshop event.

I found it a bit challenging trying to understand the concept when initially reading the Qualtrics knowledge base (a wall of text and paragraphs) but this personal approach really helped me have a good start.

Personally, I have been working in HR for the past four years, but this year I moved back to IT strategy and was promoted to the team leader.

We tried to gather and analyze various employee experiences, including introducing Qualtrics to new team members in IT strategy, measuring IT-specific culture, improving organizational culture, and listening to event feedback.

This year's most impressive part is expanding the scope of Qualtrics' utilization from enterprise-wide HR to detailed IT areas and boosting team members' skills to use Qualtrics skillfully.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to @vgayraud , as he’s an active member of this community who always provides creative, out-of-the-box solutions to almost any problem. I’m also lucky to have the chance to work closely with him — he’s always finding solutions! Thanks for your contributions, Vincent :)

My gratitude goes to Victor Hugo Ortíz González, from the Qualtrics Support Team — I don’t think he has an @ here, right?

Our interaction is still ongoing, but he managed to find a solution for a challenge that seemed unsolvable and could have potentially jeopardized part of the project’s execution.

Victor not only came up with the described solution but also went above and beyond to demonstrate his idea and make it executable in record time. We’re still in the implementation phase and fine-tuning some details. We’re not 100% sure everything will work exactly as expected yet, but his focus on solutions, attention to detail, and incredibly structured, thorough responses have already made him stand out as the best support experience I’ve ever had.

Such a large and thriving community isn't the result of a single person or team. I'd like to thank you—the countless members who care about making this community as respectful and amazing as our community team does!

Thank you to those who report spam, alert me when something isn't working, offer ideas for improvement, are always first to engage on posts, follow up on posts when you don't have to, and share how amazing our community is with colleagues.

Thank you!

I’m appreciative of community member jake_dufinetz  for helping me resolve a workflow issue that I’d been trying to find a resolution for a while.  He provided great support, detailed instructions and was very helpful and responsive to questions in my post:  Adding participants to a lifecycle project from a workflow.  Where others were not able to assist.

So, a BIG Thank you to him!

I’ve been working on Qualtrics for almost four years now, but I discovered the community late. There are many people I’d love to mention, but I’d like to give a special shoutout to @vgayraud and @Chee Heng_SZ , I truly appreciate the way they approach and resolve issues. Thank you both for your valuable insights and constant support!

I’d also like to mention @AlonsoC for doing an excellent job managing the community and always being eager to help members whenever needed.

Thank you all for making this community so engaging and helpful!

Huge shoutout to @TomG and @vgayraud  — not only for answering my post, but also for the invaluable insights I’ve gained from their responses to a wide range of questions across this platform.

A big thanks to @AlonsoC , @MichaelC , and @AmaraW for shaping this community into what it is today — super rich and engaging.

2 years in for being a Qualtrics user (and growing to a level 5 XM Community member), there are always something new to learn, including the small details of the Qualtrics features.

Taking the opportunity of this month’s topic, I would like to thank the following Qualtrics staffs/XM Community members:

  • Aimee of the Qualtrics Support Team for being very patient, helpful and friendly with my enquiry. When I recently enquired about response ID being shown in a distribution history, Aimee highlighted to me on the incorrect set up about Anonymise Response setting that was being overwritten by EOS element in survey flow. This was something that I was unaware of.
  • Administrator: AlonsoC for the quick response to my enquiries on redeeming merchandise from the store.
  • XM Community members: TomG, vgayraud, Tom_1842, Nam Nguyen, Sachin Nandikol, MatthewM and many more rising stars for posting simple or alternative solutions, be it coding related or Qualtrics features related.
  • Last but not least, for all the XM Community members that post questions. It allows me to know more about the various attempted usage of Qualtrics and provides us with the opportunity to earn points to redeem merchandise from the store. 😆

Sharing such kind and wise solutions to one of the most common questions is with a deeply felt thank you, @TomG , knowing your answers helped me and people alike learn something new every single time.

Special gratitude is also owed to @AlonsoC, @MichaelC and @AmaraW to such a friendly and informative environment. Without your efforts and vigor, the community would not be what it is today.

I’d like to thank our Partner Success Manager, Delaney Jensen (@DelaneyJ). She’s always there to answer my obscure questions on undocumented features and get information from Qualtrics Engineering when needed. :)

I’m incredibly grateful for @KelliPolk and Jack Bender. Kelli is always willing to help and teach and doesn’t ever make me feel dumb or inadequate. She has volumes of knowledge and uses it each day to better our organization and help our users to feel more comfortable in the system.

Jack listens to us and if there is a way to make it happen, he’ll get it done. He celebrates our successes and is incredibly quick to come along side of us when we’ve made a mistake.

Shout out to Abhishek if he happens to read this., he was our trainer when we implemented course evaluations/qclassroom, he was with the third-party company that did the integration, he was super friendly, beyond knowledgeable, and has reached out a few times in the community with answers.

I am tremendously thankful for community, especially today in the US. As people who conduct and deliver insights about the people we serve, I’m grateful for a field that is rooted in empathy. It motivates me to be a better listener and to bear other peoples’ needs before my own.
