This February lets celebrate Qualtrics and the XM Community through our Qualtrics 💜 badge. Answer the question below and don’t forget to comment on one another’s posts:

  • What do you love most about Qualtrics and the XM Community? Is it the friendliness or responsiveness of the members? Or perhaps a specific program or feature? Share what makes our Community and Qualtrics so special!

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who join our team and contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between February 1 and February 28, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

 

 

I love to be a part of this community and how there’s always new things to learn about XM in here.


I love the wide variety of tools available on the platform and the improvements that are always happening. I have been with Qualtrics since 2012 and there is always something new being created to improve our experience. 


The Badge of the Month challenge might actually be what I love most about this community!  I don’t get to use Qualtrics as much in my current role as I did in the past, and I don’t know how to answer most of the questions in the forums anymore because I don’t use all the new bells and whistles, but this gives me a chance to chat with, get to know, and interact with the community members nonetheless!  


Whats great in this Qualtrics Community is that people have different experience with the tool and its an addition to the support pages and tickets we can raise. Sometimes answers are very good, some times less, but its always worth it to check with the comminity for tips and tricks.

I love how incredibly powerful Qualtrics is to do real scientific research -- between loop & merge, javascript functionality, regex, and so many other things -- I have programmed incredibly complicated experiments for my work (I’m a behavioral cognitive scientist) and no other survey platform comes close in sophistication and ability.

 

And I love how generous the community is to help strangers out! I’ve had complex questions that I’ve found the answers to right here from people who are just volunteering their time to help out people they’ll never meet.


Qualtrics: I love the tool offers both simplicity and complexity where you need it.  Having worked in research previously, I find it awesome how a platform like Qualtrics makes getting and acting on feedback much more accessible, and ultimately help make the world a better place through it.

 

XM Community: I love seeing how others are using the platform and sometimes the creative solutions to problems people have, it helps to keep me more creative in the solutions to solve other problems I run into.  Keeps me always learning.


I love Qualtrics because it is a best in class survey and experience management software.  When I started in the industry, most tools were clunky and required some kind of technical support for both survey programming and data analysis.  Being able to do more makes projects so much simpler, even on projects that require technical support.  

The XM Community is a great space to connect with other professionals who use Qualtrics and get support for questions that aren’t easily solved with traditional support methods.

What I love the most about this community is the generosity in sharing knowledge. Beyond the bootcamp and the support page, being part of the community is an incredible resource for solving questions and tackling challenges. Ultimately, the group brings an extra layer of motivation and excitement to keep learning more each day.


I love the intuitive features of the survey platform - far more user-friendly than some other software. I also appreciate how active this community is in offering other users suggestions or advice.


I enjoy having the opportunity to learn new ways to innovate our programs and usage of the tool for all of our lifecycle programs


I love the fact that there’s always someone available who answers my questions. If there is a solution to issues, someone will know the solution.


Hello and good morning from a sunny yet freezing Sweden! 

As someone who is UNFORTUNATELY no longer using Qualtrics professionally since I switched jobs, I can say that I really loved the fantastic collaboration and open environment in this Community. Also the presence of other users and the fast response you get to most of your questions is unparalleled to other communities I have been a part of. So it’s something I miss but that I hope I’ll be able to be a part of again in the future.

I love how quickly we are able to get answers on this community, but also the quality of the answers we get.


Qualtrics :
I love that, leading the new world of experience management, various experts share good materials and examples of concepts, data, and explanations. For example xm basecamp, xm institute and etc.

Community :
Experience management is an area of interest, and even if it is not a work, it is very helpful to develop one's thinking by being able to check ideas and thoughts that are beyond the usual range through programs such as badge of this month. I love you very much


What I love most about the Community is the sense of collaboration and support. The Community is always buzzing with great ideas and tips, making it a great place to learn and connect! 


Hands down, the best part of the community is the responsiveness and helpfulness of everyone in this community. I’m always shocked with how quickly (and accurately) responses are given. Truly, a giving community.

Hi ​@MattiasM, consider sharing your thoughts in our new XM Thought Leadership category! It’s a great way to engage with the Community and you don’t have to be using Qualtrics products! 


One of the standout aspects of the community is how collaborative and responsive its members are. Whether it's troubleshooting a survey issue or brainstorming creative ways to analyze data, there’s always someone willing to help.

Another highlight is the depth of expertise—you get a mix of technical insights and real-world application advice. The Product Ideas section is also a great feature, allowing users to contribute feedback and shape future updates.

 


I love the tool suites available across the platform and the constant improvements being made. If you have a problem with the platform, odds are good they are aware of it and a new tool, edit or feature will be dropped eventually!


What makes Qualtrics and the XM Community special and sets it apart is —a space where users, from beginners to experts, actively share solutions, troubleshoot issues and help each other.

And let’s not forget the Qualtrics certification programs and XM events—they keep us ahead of the curve and foster real-world connections. 🚀


The community is super welcoming, and there’s always a helpful response when you have a question or need guidance. The knowledge-sharing culture is one of the highlights—everyone, from beginners to experts, is willing to lend a hand.

I love how helpful the community is. Any time I run into a question I can’t find a way to solve, someone is here with a possible solution. And I love being able to help others, when I’m the one with the answer! 

 


I love the “out of the box” thinking - I have had a few things that I didn’t think were possible (and even some that the Q support members didn’t have an answer for) where communityXM members were able to provider a solution.


What I love most about Qualtrics and the XM Community is the incredible support and collaboration within the community. The members are not only friendly but also incredibly responsive and willing to help with any question. It truly feels like a space where we can learn, share, and grow together! 😊
