Hi everyone!

My name is Lucas, and I work as a CX Consultant focused on Experience Management solutions, mainly using Qualtrics. My background is in business and technology, and over the past few years I’ve been working closely with digital solutions, pre-sales, and customer experience projects across different industries.

Currently, I use Qualtrics to design and implement customer journeys, build VoC programs, and generate actionable insights that help improve both customer and business outcomes.

What excites me the most about Experience Management is the ability to connect data with real actions—especially when it comes to journey orchestration, advanced analytics, and driving measurable impact. I’m here to learn more about innovative use cases, best practices, and how others are pushing the platform further.

Bonus: definitely team coffee ☕ — usually a strong espresso to start the day.

Hi - I’m Ilana, working at Columbia University in research administration. My office uses Qualtrics for service requests, feedback forms, and more. Prior to this role, I used Qualtrics as a research coordinator for a few research projects. Overall, I have been using Qualtrics for about 8 years! I’m interested in improving our service request forms. There are some features I’d like to suggest and I’m looking to learn new ways to use Qualtrics beyond my comfort zone!

Hi everyone! I’m Payton! I am the technical expert on the EX side for Qualtrics at Burns & McDonnell! I have been in the tool for about 3 years! Back in March I was able to attend the Qualtrics conference in 2026! At Burns & McDonnell we utilize qualtrics for our engagement and pulse surveys and we also utilize the lifecycle surveys!
