Pass a reserved embedded field into a custom embedded field

Okay, so I have a survey with with Recipient Email that I don’t seem to be able to pull into a Report build, but I have found a way to use a custom embedded field that I have set up ‘respondentEmail’ that I can pull in as a Break out in the report. 

Problem is I don’t want to have to update the ‘respondentEmail’ field in the data and analysis tab manually for several 100 records.

Is there a way, without a reimport, to map or formulate to get the Receipient Email into the respondantEmail field?

Hello @Jeb,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do this automatically. The recommended approach to change the field for responses you've already collected is to export them and then make the modifications.

If you're using Excel, be cautious as Excel may alter the formatting of the file.

Another option is to use Google Sheets to modify the file, ensuring you have a ‘Backup’ and then import the updated file back into the system.
