Add button options beside text entry

Hi All,
With reference to the picture below, I would like to allow the respondent to answer the question in terms of per day/ per week/ per month.
image.pngHowever, I have to change it into the design below, where the respondent could click on either day/week/month to indicate his/her preference. In addition, I also need to capture his/her preference of day/week/month, so that I can pipe it into other questions.

You can use a side by side question, with the first column as text entry and the other column having the three options.
