Add static columns to rank question. | XM Community

I need to display the first 3 columns as a question and the last one as a required answer, like so. I want the participants to choose a new rank or retain the old rank, in the final column. Any suggestions on the matter, with any type of question will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using the Pick, Group and Rank question? I think that question might help you achieve what you’re trying to do

Thank you, Santiago. I tried the PGR question. I do not want to group the options. I only need the first 3 columns to stay static. I cannot seem to achieve it with the PGR question. 

Use a text entry ranking question. Add the html table to your question text, then use JS to move the inputs into the table.
