Additional Button

I would like to create an additional navigation button in a survey. I know that Qualtrics saves responses automatically and that's great for most users but there are some users that are confused/worried their information is not being saved unless they actually view/click a SAVE button. Is there a way to add this functionality? I would assume this would be a sort of dummy button - just clickable - without real functionality just the appearance of such. This would be a third or middle button: PREVIOUS/SAVE/NEXT.
