Dear Experts,
I am new to Qualtrics, i would like to understand the architecture of Qualtrics & also want to know, what is the back end language used to write code if required ( Is it Html, CSS) ?
And integration with all other systems, involve additional cost? can you let me know the path to get insights of all these details?

For calling external web service, qualtrics has a special survey flow element - web service
Qualtrics has various integration setup with tools like salesforce, Jira and many more.
