I added css code in the custom css for the skin inner and legend to be of certain dimensions, this however is working when choose other language but not for the default language (English). Can someone help fix this issue. Thanks, in advance.

- Your custom CSS style classes
- Screenshot of how it should look like vs. how it looks in default language
Could only imagine that the style classes contain some nested style which contains any language-specific id, element type or style class.
