One of my researchers would like to use a basic Qualtrics stylesheet as a base for custom CSS for her project. Is this canonized anywhere or is her best bet to use her web browser's inspector to find it?

The inspector should make it easy enough to get a hold of what their sheet is. However keep in mind that it is likely that Qualtrics is generating this using a css pre-processor, so it may not be a "clean" as you would hope for. Though definitely usable.
Good thing about using the inspector is that they will be modifying the specific theme they are working in.
