Dynamic Multi-select Based on a Drilldown

I need to create a survey that will go to a number of managers, each with one or more groups that they manage. For each group that they manage, I need them to be able to provide a description (text), and select from a list of services they offer.

What is the best way to proceed with creating this survey? Drilldown is not that efficient in this case.

    Hi ​@Nasra,

    The best approach in Qualtrics for this type of survey, where each manager manages one or more groups, and for each group, they provide a description and select services, is to use a Loop & Merge.

    Thanks ​@nikamshubham_73 . I was hoping more for assistance on being able to display a list of dynamic multiple choices based on the manager. Currently, I have:

    • The first question for them to select their name.
    • The second question is where the group(s) would be selected, and currently, I am doing a display logic for each choice based on manager. The list is for about 200 groups and it’s very time consuming to go through each choice to set a display logic. Any ideas on how I can do this more efficiently?
    • The 3rd question will be where they provide a description and it is where I can leverage loop and merge.
