Hello!
I am trying to create a form in Qualtrics that users will be able to input their zip code and it will tell them whether their zip code is urban or rural. I have a lookup table that contains the zip code and urban/rural designation, however I am not sure how I can do this in Qualtrics. I basically want to be able to create a vlookup style function in Qualtrics. Anyone have any ideas?
