Qualtrics support says we can change via custom code the response buttons themselves in terms of size and look, but didn’t provide a specific solution.

Does anyone know how I can change the size of these grey boxes containing Yes and No choices?

You can add custom CSS to the whole survey in Survey Editor Look & Feel → Style → Custom CSS.

You can right click on the button to find their class and/or id that you can use to apply your custom CSS. You can ask ChatGPT to generate some example CSS for you with the button’s class/id you find.

Is this set up as a creative or just a normal survey? If it is a survey, I would do what is suggested above but if it is a survey set in a creative, you may need a different approach. Let me know :)
