Hi community! I'm currently working on an app, and I'm eager to gather valuable feedback on both the App Store and Google Play. Additionally, I'm looking into using the Qualtrics dashboard to monitor this feedback seamlessly.

I'd love to hear your experiences and insights on this! What are the most effective strategies you've used to collect comments, reviews, and ratings from users?

Did you ever get this one figured out?  Currently facing the same question.  

​@Bmin I did endup build an inhouse solution by hook up a IDP to Dashboard. Then I use this API to update the data regularly api.qualtrics.com/47455b8dc2201-add-records-to-imported-data-project.

About getting the App Store and GG Play rating there’s alot of solution online and API to get them.

  1. Use API to get App Store and Google play rating data and comments
  2. Use API to place data into IDP.
