Hi everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m trying to build a simulator in a Qualtrics Dashboard.

Specifications for the dashboard are that we want to show:

  1. CSAT
  2. Drivers analysis on CSAT for a matrix of attributes
  3. A variable CSAT that can change based on user input into the various drivers

The idea is that anyone looking at the dashboard could, say, increase the score of any of the attributes involved in the drivers analysis, and the predicted CSAT score would change based on the attribute chosen and how much its score increased by.

As far as I know there isn’t any way to edit the scores of attributes from a dashboard to simulate the effects it would have on CSAT. If anyone has any ideas or has done something similar, I’d love to hear about it and what happened/what it looks like.

If all else fails, I’ll likely build the simulator in excel instead.

Thanks again!

@JesseN , Did you find a solution for this ?

If yes, kindly share details.

@Neha Tank Unfortunately I was unable to find a solution for this. I think the dashboarding area of Qualtrics is fairly rigid in terms of what it allows (i.e., no custom solutions that would make this possible).

If possible, can you eloborate what you are trying to do. I can help with this hopefully.

Thanks @jbk  for your response.

My scenario is not same as JesseN. Below is my requirement:

We use POWER BI to create a Customer Voice Cockpit and we are using Qualtrics data of Customer survey as one of the source. While using the survey data, we could accomplish all operational reporting, we would like to have Driver analysis, Word cloud and Topic modelling data to also become part of cockpit.

But the challenge is that Driver Analysis is computed in run time. This means I cannot download the data and upload in POWER BI. Secondly, there is no way I can embed Qualtrics widget in POWER BI.

Then we came across =PEARSON() function in excel and we thought why not replicate Driver analysis to an extent in Excel using survey data. We are now stuck at one place where for importance, we tried taking Average and it doesnt match with Qualtrics. So I wanted to know how is Qualtrics doing Average or it uses Weighted average. If weighted average is considered what is the weightage value.

IN SHORT, we want to replicate Diver analysis in POWER BI :)
