How do I calculate market shares to visualise in cx dashboard? | XM Community

Hi!

I want to have a table showing market shares per webshop. I have a question where respondents can choose where they bought their product and a question where respondents can give the amount they spent in that webshop. 

Q1: Where did you buy product X?

  1. Shop A
  2. Shop B
  3. etc

Q2: How much did you spend on product X?

€ …

 

I made custom metrics to calculate the revenue per shop, but can't figure out how to go from there to the actual market shares in qualtrics.

Hi @MarloesW ,

If I am getting this right, you want to see percentage split of each market basis their revenue. In order to achieve that in CX dashboards, you can have a similar setup as below.

 

Don’t forget to set the Revenue field as numeric value and Market as text set inside dashboard data. I hope this helps :)
