Our employees should always start the process from the participant portal. Within the messages of the 360 project, it is possible to add the ThreeSixtyLink piped text. However, it depends on the message type how the link is resolved.
- For evaluator invite, the piped text includes the direct link to the survey
- For the dashboard invite and custom messages, the piped text includes something like https://brandId.qualtrics.com/360/?q_ts_id=TS_projectId&brand=brandId&_=1
All the participants will have access to the Qualtrics platform via SSO. Our preferred approach would be to always navigate them to the participant portal - also within the evaluator invite.
