Do subject reminders go to ALL participants?
Do subject reminders go to ALL participants? Is there a way to send to only those who haven't completed the survey?

The default setting is for subject reminders to go to everyone who has not completed _all_ of their tasks. You can change who the reminders go to by selecting participants by criteria, for example, those who haven't completed specific tasks, those with specific metadata values, everyone who has completed certain tasks, etc.
