I've accidentally created a project as a survey but meant to build a 360. I have entered most of the questions so wondering if there's a way to convert it over without me having to rebuild it. Any suggestions welcome!

The easiest method I can think of for this would be to save your survey project as a .qsf file (Tools --> Export Survey).
Then start a new Blank 360 Project from the Employee Experience tab, and import your saved .qsf file (Tool --> Import Survey).
This will grab all of the work you've done around the questions, survey flow, translations, etc.
